How do I book my tour?

Pick between all-inclusive, self-guided ticket included or self-guided ticket not included. You will then be presented with a route that you can customize based on your interests.

Is there a cancellation deadline?

All-Inclusive: You must cancel at least 7 days in advance.

Self-Guided: (ticket included or not): No cancellation, no refunds.

Can I travel with a wheelchair on the tour?

Yes. If the wheelchair is foldable and within certain measures. If the wheelchair is non-foldable, please contact our customer service so we can make a special seat arrangement.

Can someone else travel on tickets that I have purchased?

Yes, that is possible. The person can use the existing ticket, even though he or she is not the administrative contact on the ticket.

Are the tickets flexible during the tour?

No. Once you have received a specific time on your ticket, it's important that you stick to your schedule and departure times. This is due to capacity on the different transport elements.

What should I do if I have not received my ticket?

If you have not received your tickets and travel information by e-mail, we recommend checking your inbox and spam filter. Note that you can see tickets and documents to your booking by login in to My Page.

When do I receive my ticket?

You will receive your reservation confirmation immediately after payment. Note that factors such as your internet connectivity may cause delays. All information that you need will be specified in this e-mail. The actual tickets that you use for travel will be sent to you 48 hours in advance.

How much luggage may I bring on the train?

You may bring up to three pieces of luggage with a maximum total, combined weight, of 30 kilograms. You are responsible for your own luggage during your journey, and you must be able to carry it on board and place it in a suitable location.

Is it difficult to transfer between transport elements on my route?

The distance between each transfer point will be clearly explained in the travel documents you will receive. In most cases, transfer is super easy and transfer points are within close proximity of each other.
